Register now for the Twenty-First Annual Honorable Ralph W. “Buddy” Nimmons, Jr. Federal Practice Seminar to be held on Thursday, May 1, 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Join your fellow federal practitioners for informative presentations, to include a practical skills session on Mediation by Judge Patricia Barksdale and a panel of local federal practitioners, a presentation on Election Law and 25 Years since Bush v. Gore by FSU Law Professor Michael Morley, an informative session on integrating technology into jury trials by Curry Pajcic and Raymond Reid of Pajcic & Pajcic, and a discussion on The Origins of Supreme Court Question Selection and The Roberts Court’s (Other) Vacatur Revolution by UF Law Professor Ben Johnson. Please register no later than 5 p.m. on Friday, April 25. You can register online and submit payment via PayPal below. If you wish to pay by check, please email your registration form to Maria Daniels admin@jaxfedbar.org and mail a check payable to the Jacksonville Federal Court Bar Association to Maria Daniels at 221 N. Hogan St., Box #267, Jacksonville, FL 32202.

The Seminar is only $85 for members of the Jacksonville Federal Court Bar Association; $55 for Government, Non-Profit and CJA Panel attorneys; $25 for Court Staff Attorneys and Judicial Law Clerks; and is free for Judges and First-Year Judicial Law Clerks. Non-members are welcome to attend at a cost of $135. The price for all attendees includes breakfast, lunch, presentations, and instructional materials.
