U.S. Supreme Court Preview of Notable Cases

Please join us on Wednesday, August 23, for a lunch presentation by Professor Vanessa Zboreak of the Jacksonville University College of Law. Professor Zboreak teaches courses related to Administrative Law, Constitutional Law, Environmental Law, Food and Agricultural Law, and Remedies. Her academic research focuses on administrative procedure and constitutional questions related to administrative decision-making. The program will cover notable cases set for the Supreme Court’s upcoming October session, as well as recent opinions released during the Court’s previous term.
